Empowering health and harmony through Traditional Chinese Medicine, ethnobotanical wisdom, ritual, recipes, and sanctuary-inspired gardening…where ancient medicine meets life as ritual and remembrance.

Healing is cultural. Personal. Political. And deeply ancestral.

My work sits at the intersection of ethnobotany, herbal medicine, and feminine folk traditions. As a doctoral researcher, community herbalist, and medicine maker, I’m committed to preserving and reactivating ancestral plant knowledge, especially that of rural women and mothers, often left out of clinical and institutional conversations.

This site is a living archive of the remedies, research, and rhythms I’m cultivating, from kitchen apothecaries to global field studies. For me, Italy pulls me to my matrilineal connections to the land.

Welcome to the work. Welcome to the remembering.
