Online Qigong & Tai Chi Classes Coming July

This July, I’ll be opening a small series of live online Qigong and Tai Chi classes designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and energetic grounding through seasonal practice.

Each class blends gentle movement, breathwork, and Traditional Chinese Medicine principles aligned with the Season of the Shen; supporting the transition from heat, overstimulation, and depletion into steadiness and internal coherence.

Classes are open to all levels. No prior experience needed, just a body and a willingness to move slowly, intentionally, and in rhythm with the season.
